About us

We are what we repeat.

You already know what eating “well” looks like. That's not what we have to offer you. Our experience has shown us that the hard part isn't knowing: it's doing it today. Again tomorrow, and the day after.

Repeat exists for exactly that: so that eating well is something you enjoy. Something you feel like repeating. This page is about who we are, why we do it and how we do it. Come along.

Why we do this

Healthy doesn't have to be dull.

Training and food have been part of my days for 13 years. For a long time I didn't think that was anything special: it was just my life. Until I realised it was exactly what I could share.

The “healthy” snacks I found made me choose. Either they were full of additives and sugar, very “artificial”, or they were made of good things but you never really felt like eating them.

I believe pleasure can't be an extra: it's what makes a habit last. And that eating well can be tasty, fun! We don't use pale colours or lab language to be taken seriously.

We don't sell miracles or magazine bodies either. We give you the kick-off! And we walk with you on this new journey, smiles included. Shall we?

Who we are

A brother and sister, equally stubborn.

Filipe creates the recipes. Carolina, his sister and co-founder, is there whenever something needs tasting (and approving).

We're a small brand, made by two people who eat what they say. When you write to us, it's us who reply.

Our beliefs

It's not a diet. It's what we believe in.

  • A group walking down a narrow trail between pine trees, on a sunny slope.

    Move

Moving every day counts for more than a perfect workout, once in a while. A walk, taking the stairs... perfectly imperfect.

  • A birthday cake made of watermelon, topped with strawberries, orange, kiwi and blueberries.

    Eat

We eat “real” food, most of the time: fruit, vegetables, whole foods. But we save room for the birthday cake, because eating well is also about celebrating.

  • Crossed feet in trainers on a rock, with Athens and the sea below at dusk.

    Rest

Rest is part of it. For us, a good night's sleep isn't laziness: it's what gets us ready for the next day.

  • Filipe, in sunglasses, with a huge open-mouthed smile, on a street of colourful houses.

    Smile

Nothing here is done with a frown. We share the table, welcome whoever arrives and laugh along the way. Serious... just enough.

How we work

Doing, not promising.

Big achievements start with small habits. Today's small step puts you somewhere different tomorrow. One day, when you look back, you'll realise how far you've come. If we've helped you on that journey, our mission is accomplished.

The choices we make, and the information we give you, all have a scientific basis. Every piece of our content has one or more references: you'll find them all in our sources (in Portuguese).

We listen to the people who taste our products and improve them based on the feedback we get. We always ask our testers for honesty, not kindness. Read what they've said.

This site uses no cookies: we count visits without knowing who makes them. It's all in the privacy policy. Feel free to explore, we're glad you're here.
