A snack worth repeating

Lowers cholesterol
Plant sterols have been shown to lower blood cholesterol. A daily snack becomes one of your simplest lines of action.
Muscle maintenance
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Each 30 g dose delivers 7.5 g of plant protein.
Skin, bones and joints
Vitamin C and glycine contribute to normal collagen formation. Collagen is essential for maintaining healthy skin, strong bones and flexible joints.
Gut health
Prebiotic fibre contributes to normal intestinal function. It nourishes good bacteria, supporting digestion, immune function and long-term well-being.

REPEAT
Daily
Daily intake is how it works. One serving delivers 1.5g of plant sterols: the science-proven dose for cholesterol reduction.
The Facts

what's in it

Lowering cholesterol is our authorised EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) claim.
The rest is whole-foods, full of fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals.

Plant sterols carry the cholesterol lowering claim.

Plant sterols
EFSA Art. 14
Plant sterols
1.5g
per serving

Plant sterols block cholesterol absorption in the gut, reducing LDL. Repeat is formulated to hit the EFSA-authorised 1.5g dose per serving.

The rest is just worth repeating.

Acerola
Collagen cofactor
Glycine + Vitamin C
2
building blocks
for collagen synthesis

The two cofactors our bodies use to synthesise collagen: vitamin C from Acerola, glycine as a targeted amino acid. Both meaningful in every 30g serving.

When to repeat

Fits everywhere
in your day.

07:00

Morning kick

More micronutrients before 9am than most people get all day.

Across countries, breakfast contributes about 20–25% of daily energy but often delivers disproportionately high amounts of several micronutrients, making it a strategic meal for nutrient adequacy.123

Scientific evidence consistently points to fibre-rich carbohydrates and no added sugar as the defining markers of a quality breakfast.4 Our oat bran and psyllium slow glucose absorption; acerola and black currant address two most common morning shortfalls: vitamin C and antioxidant coverage. No added sugar, only natural sweetness from fruit and vegetable powders.

Pea and pumpkin seed protein round out the amino acid range and support satiety.

15:00

Afternoon crave

3pm craving that's actually worth having.

By mid-afternoon, biology is against you. An alertness dip follows our body's normal circadian rhythm. It's not just what we ate for lunch. Although heavy meals and rapidly absorbed carbohydrates reliably deepen it further.12 Most people reach for something sweet. Several regret it twenty minutes later.

Black currant, lucuma, banana. The sweetness in Repeat is real. However, it arrives with plenty of fibre, not a glucose spike. At 5 g of fibre per 30 g serving, psyllium and oat beta-glucan slow absorption enough to keep energy steady. The two plant proteins take care of the rest: keeping you fuller and cognitively steadier through the late afternoon than a carb-only snack would.34

21:00

Evening wind-down

An evening sweet that doesn't undo your day.

Most evenings, the choice feels like a tradeoff: satisfy the craving or respect your whole day's effort. We refuse that framing. Repeat is a mug cake, warm and genuinely sweet; but it arrives in a great nutritional package.

That matters even more in the evening than earlier in the day. Glucose tolerance also follows a cycle: the same meal produces a measurably larger glucose response at night than at breakfast.12 Repeat's sweetness comes with a fibre load that slows down sugar absorption.

We also brought two evening wildcards into the formula: glycine and magnesium. Glycine has been studied before bed at 3 g for sleep quality and onset.34 Magnesium supports relaxation, particularly where intake falls short, as it does for most people. Here, both in intentionally modest amounts, though. We'd rather you nod off at midnight than at your 4pm call.

Post-workout

The whole-food answer to the post-workout window.

After training, the priorities are protein to stimulate repair and carbohydrates to restore glycogen. The anabolic window is wider than the old 30-minute rule; and total daily intake matters more than any single meal.12

The carbohydrates come from banana, oat bran, lucuma, and black currant: whole-food sources that support glycogen resynthesis without added sugars. Pea and pumpkin seed proteins together cover your full amino acid range and contribute toward the daily total that drives long-term adaptation.3

Flaxseed, chia, and black currant add omega-3s and anthocyanins: context-dependent, but real ingredients with real recovery relevance.4
