This notice explains how Repeat Snacks collects and uses visitor data on repeatsnacks.com. At this stage, we collect email sign-ups and store minimal local preferences. We do not currently run analytics or advertising pixels.

Your email, the form you used, and your language setting. Nothing beyond that and standard server logs.
We collect the information you choose to submit through the waitlist form: your email address, the form source, and the language selected on the site.
The site also stores limited local information in your browser: your language preference and whether you have seen this notice. Our hosting provider may process basic technical logs such as IP address, device type, and request timestamps.

We email you because you said yes. You can withdraw that consent any time — no questions asked.
We use your email address to send Repeat waitlist, product launch and first-batch updates. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the email consent checkbox before submitting the form.
You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by writing to hello@repeatsnacks.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.

No tracking or advertising cookies. Two browser storage entries, both essential to the site working.
We use local storage only for essential site preferences: remembering your language and that you have seen this notice. These entries stay in your browser unless you clear them; the privacy acknowledgement expires after 180 days.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking. If we introduce any such tools later, we will update this notice before activation and, where required, ask for consent before loading non-essential scripts.

We use service providers only where needed to operate the site and manage the waitlist, such as hosting and email delivery providers. These providers process data on our behalf and are permitted to use it only under our instructions.
Where a provider operates outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your email stays with us until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer needed for Repeat launch and product communications. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

Access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or opt out of your data — just email us.
Under the GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at hello@repeatsnacks.com and we will respond promptly.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Portugal, that is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
